Dear ,
We’re already well into December, so it’s time for a newsletter. You’ll find solutions to the November Practice Problems in this edition. The December Practice Problems will be along shortly.
Here are the solutions to the November Practice Problem Set:
This month, we are excited to feature several solutions to select November problems, prepared in LaTeX, and sent in by student Bohdin Bright. We’re also getting ready for our second online math team practice this Friday.
The AMC 10 and 12 contests have come and gone. You can already find the problems and solutions in the Art of Problem Solving Wiki. The official AMC results are expected to come out by the end of the year. Your AMC scores help us select our ARML team for the end of this school year, but they are not the only criteria.
Our online practices are on the 2nd Friday of each month; please join us on Friday, December 10, 2021, from 6:30pm to 7:30pm (EST). We’ll work together on a math team event, and then discuss solutions and teamwork. The practice is on our Discord server. If you’re interested in participating, please apply early, so that we have time to process your application.

And if you missed them, here are the previous problem sets and their solutions.

There is no time limit, and there are no restrictions on how you solve these (so don’t worry about simulating contest conditions). Just practice on these problems, alone, or with friends! We would love to see your original solutions; please reply to this email address with your work. If you prepare your solution in LaTeX, the math typesetting language, we might include it in our official solutions packet, which we’ll send out the following month.
